Just over a year ago, I was faced with a full time employee leaving.  I had no idea what I was going to do with my online store.  Jen stepped in and has been updating my online store with new product when it arrives in.  Jen works very quickly and is very accurate in all that she does.  She has alleviated all my worries pertaining to the website.  We have not replaced that full time employee which has allowed us to cut back on staff and still have a great product to show for it.
